Nendoroid Mimic Review

Hello everyone! Arashi Bori here! I’m so glad you found my blog! I love to talk about upcoming anime figures and merchandise and share photos of my own collection. Nendoroids are my favorite, but I cover a wide variety of anime related subjects. Plus, I have a YouTube channel too, so feel free to check it out sometime! And thank you so much for tuning in; have fun reading!

I previously wrote about the mimic Nendoroid, but now this silly figure has finally went on preorder! Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End is an anime filled with heartwarming, iconic, and even hilarious moments. And possibly one of the best scenes in the show is when Frieren gets eaten by a mimic. Of course, it is always her own fault that she gets trapped in such an unfortunate place…

In this post, I will review the new Mimic Nendoroid and share important information. With that, let’s get to our review!

The mimic looks just like I’d imaged it would! I love how the long tongue sticks out. It definitely resembles your typical fantasy mimic.

The Mimic Nendoroid also includes a labyrinth backdrop! This would be so useful to have, you could recreate everyone’s scenes from within the labyrinth. I noticed that the mimic has some damages on the back. I like that they added these details; it makes it look more realistic!

And we finally get to see Frieren being eaten! There is so much merchandise featuring this scene, so I’m happy that we can have it with Nendoroids too.

“It’s dark!! It’s Scary!!”

It’s nice to see they included word bubbles too.

The Mimic even includes curly pigtails for Frieren! Is it just me, or does she look like Kasane Teto?

If you purchase Nendoroid Mimic from the Good Smile Store, you will receive these free accessories as bonus items! It looks like the mimic can close as well.

Nendoroid Mimic is set to release in the fourth quarter of 2025, and is currently on preorder. You can purchase it from the Good Smile Online Shop, the Good Smile US Store, the Crunchyroll Store, and Amiami.

In conclusion to this review, I love the Mimic figure! I think it would be a very cute addition for any Frieren fan’s collection.
