Nendoroid Lady Nagant Review

Hello everyone! Arashi Bori here! I’m so glad you found my blog! I love to talk about upcoming anime figures and merchandise and share photos of my own collection. Nendoroids are my favorite, but I cover a wide variety of anime related subjects. Plus, I have a YouTube channel too, so feel free to check it out sometime! And thank you so much for tuning in; have fun reading!

With My Hero Academia’s second season just on the horizon, we can expect to see some amazing new nendoroid figures from the Good Smile company. I expect that Lady Nagant will be an even bigger character in season 7; I’m excited to see where the story will take her. But anyway, Lady Nagant will be getting her very own nendoroid figure! In this post, I’ll be reviewing her and sharing my thoughts about her new figure.

My Hero Academia or MHA, is a manga written and illustrated by Kouhei Horikoshi. Its anime adaption has aired for six seasons, and soon a seventh. MHA has become a worldwide phenomenon. The story follows a boy named Midoriya, whose dream is to become a legendary hero that saves people’s lives. However, Midoriya is left heartbroken after discovering that he doesn’t have a quirk. When Midoriya meets his hero, All Might, everything changes. All Might is impressed by Midoriya and shares his quirk with him; the superpower that saves others, One For All. Midoriya then joins an academy for aspiring superheroes, and together with his friends he must fight the league of villains.

Lady Nagant, or Tstsumi Kaina, was once a pro hero, but she became a villain after killing her superior. Kaina believed in the hero’s righteousness but realized that the peace was kept at the cost of unjustified killings. Knowing that the hero system was corrupt, Kaina hit her breaking point and left the heroes. She joined the villain’s group, but later switched sides after Deku changed her perspective.

I love her hair! The colors on this nendoroid are quite vivid, but she certainly looks just like she does in the anime! Lady Nagant is a cool character, so I’m glad they decided to give her a nendoroid, despite her not having much screen time. Her first faceplate is he struggling one.

I love the ‘Blam’ effect she comes with! They did her gun really well. You can see that it emerges from her arm, this is because of her quirk. The way they did it looks really cool. I also like her sniping faceplate; she seems to be focused.

Lady Nagant’s jumping pose is cool too! I bet you could display her in some neat ways.

Her next expression is her grinning faceplate! Her gun-arm turned out super cool.

Which of her faceplates is your favorite? Let me know in the comments!

Nendoroid Lady Nagant (Tsutsumi Kaina) will release in the first quarter of 2025, along with Erasure Head. She is currently available for preorder. Good places o buy nendoroid figures include: The Good Smile Online shop, the Good Smile Us store, Amiami, Crunchyroll, and Chibi Chop Shop.

In conclusion to this review, I think that Lady Nagant has a really solid nendoroid figure! I’m satisfied with this figure, and I don’t think I would change anything about her. So, the Good Smile company did an exceptional job with this one!

Thank you all so much for supporting my blog! I hope that this review was useful to you. See you next post!
