Nendoroid Takina Inoue: Cafe LycoReco Uniform Ver Review

Anime series Lycoris Recoil may be about girls who work as assassins, but there’s always a more peaceful aspect to the show— and that being the LycoReco cafe! That’s right, the two main characters are getting nendoroids featuring their cafe versions!

I’ve never watched Lycoris Recoil, but I thought the nendoroids looked cool, so I decided I’m going to review them. It’s always harder talking about anime figures when you don’t know the characters that well. But at the same time, it’s exciting for me to learn about new characters and stories. So if you’d like to tell me some about these characters in the comments section, I’d love that!

Yesterday we covered Nendoroid Chisato Nishikigi’s new version, so today let’s talk about Nendoroid Takina Inoue: Cafe LycoReco Uniform Ver!

Like all the girls in the Direct Attack syndicate, Takina Inoue is a trained assassin, killing terrorist to prevent crime. She takes her job quite seriously, but one day she is sent to work undercover in a cafe named LycoReco. Takina desires to get herself back into main headquarters, but she then meets a Lycoris named Chisato, who persuades her to see the world in a new way. The anime original series was created by Asaura and Spider Lily.

Takina Inoue is one of the two protagonist of the anime series, Lycoris Recoil. She is a Lycoris and a perfectionist. Takina was transferred to work in LycoReco cafe.

I love her blue cafe attire! This is Takina’s curious expression! She comes with arm parts for clutching the plate to her chest.

Oh wow, I love the menu she’s holding! I wonder what LycoReco cafe’s food would taste like… I like Takina’s joyful expression! She comes with a peace hand too, just like her friend Chisato.

Her pointing pose is cool too! Takina keeps her hair in ponytails when she’s working at LycoReco cafe.

Aww, I love her cake! The food at LycoReco looks delicious doesn’t it? The dish comes with a plate and a spoon! I enjoy these little details. Takina seems like a good waitress too.

Her last faceplate is so funny! She looks somewhat accusatory…I bet you could create loads of silly scenes with this expression!

If you have Nendoroid Chisato Nishikigi’s LycoReco cafe version, you can create even more scenes with the two of them! Now that I think about it, Takina’s blue uniform contrasts well with Chisato’s red one. These cafe outfits would be cute to use with other nendos as well.

In conclusion, I liked Takina’s new nendo a lot! Both of the new LycoReco versions are neat. I like getting different versions of the characters.
