In this post I’m going to be showing everyone the new Choso nendoroid. He’s still in progress, but we get a sneak-peek at his figure. The example figure isn’t painted yet. Although he already has the details on his first faceplate. I love talking about these kinds of figures because I’m a huge fan of Jujutsu Kaisen. So please let me know your thoughts in the comments as well!

I have read all the Jujutsu Kaisen manga. This post contains major spoilers and assumes that the readers have knowledge of the entire Shibuya Incident ark. Including scenes that haven’t aired just yet.

Jujutsu Kaisen “Sorcery Fight” is a massive hit manga and anime series by Gege Akutami. It has 2 seasons and a special movie for it’s prequel series, Jujutsu Kaisen 0. The story follows a boy named Itadori Yuji, who eats a mysterious finger belonging to the ancient curse Ryomen Sukuna. After eating it, it turns out he is the perfect vessel; and he must collect and eat all the other fingers before his execution. Jujutsu Kaisen focuses on a vast cast of students at the Jujutsu Technical high school. The story has some great characters, but in a dark world filled with curses and no mercy, it’s never good to get too attached.

Choso is a half-human, half-cursed spirit. He is one of the cursed wombs, along with his brothers, Kechizu and Eso. He lives in order to protect his beloved brothers, and is devastated after their death. But upon discovering that Yuji is also his brother, he is given a new reason to live. Choso loves it when Yuji calls him “Aniki”.

Being Itadori’s brother, it’s kind of hard to ignore Choso’s importance to the story. I think Choso’s real hype will come with season 3. However, his big reveal in season 2 will soon be shown in the anime.

Wow! He actually looks so awesome! Choso’s new nendoroid really does look just like he does in the anime. I love his gloomy face; his expression works quite well in nendoroid form! Honestly, I can’t wait to see him in color. But I can picture the finished product in my mind already. His long sleeves look cool don’t they? He comes with baggy pants like Geto; and his shoes are nice as well. even Choso’s hairstyles transferred into nendoroid form well! I’m amazed at how close to the character they got. I can hear Choso’s grumpy voice in my head when I look at this, it’s funny. He’s so cute in nendoroid form for such a serious guy.

What do you think Choso’s other faceplates will be? I always like to try and guess them. I think he’ll have a smiling face for when Yuji calls him “Aniki”. The last one will most likely be a fighting face in my opinion. Or it could be a crying face for when his brothers die.

As of now, we don’t have a release date for Choso’s nendoroid. The figure is still in very early stages and so we we’ll have to wait for more information. But I will be sure to review him further when he goes up for preorder! If you love JJK, please consider checking out the videos of my own nendoroids on my YouTube channel too. And I’d acreage is so much if you’d share the link to my website with your friends and family! My blog is little known, so that’s always a huge help! Thank you so much for reading my article! I hope to see you next time! >~<
