Chainsaw Man Nendoroids Aki and Makima

Hello! I’m Arashi Bori! Thank you for reading this blog. For those who love Chainsaw Man, we have some really good news! Aki and Makima are getting nendos! I actually predicted that they’d receive figures sometime soon. Since we already have Denji and Power. I don’t have any Chainsaw Man nendos myself… But, I did do a post for when we showed the Denji and Power nendoroids. So you should check that out too.

Remember how I said that I hadn’t seen any of the Chainsaw Man anime? Well I can’t say that anymore. The animation was really good! The mangaka has also wrote some really great one shots. They were so sad, they’ll make you cry. I especially liked Look Back and Goodbye Eri. But I should get back to the topic. I’m sure lots of people have been waiting for these two. Your collection will definitely look more filled out with these! Just like with the original post, I’ll be doing two reviews here!

We’ll start with Makima. Whoa, she looks just like she does in the anime! The conversion on these nendos is really good! Her hair is a bright pastel pink isn’t it?

Hiding something? I do love this face of curiosity. It’s so cool to see new poses in nendoroid form. And this pose is super neat and accurate.

This looks like her fighting pose. Makima seems dead serious…

Wow. I love her coat!! She looks so much better in the coat! I get a mature woman vibe from her. While Power sort of has a childish vibe. I guess Aki also has a mature vibe and Denji has a more immature vibe. She also comes with the lollipop.

Curious face and coat? She looks like she means business! This nendo is pretty cool for real.

“Be my dog.”

Now it’s time for Aki! I believe his full name is Hayazawa Aki. Did you know that his name means autumn? I feel like he will make exciting scenes with Denji, and I’m currently learning to draw some of the characters. Aki being one of those. This is his basic combat pose. Honestly this nendo looks so good; like he just came out of the anime!

I’m a fan of the shoes! For some reason, his hair standing straight up really bothers me. I like his character designs, but somehow it just bugs me! So I wish we’d get an alternative piece with his hair down, but I guess that’s too much.

A cigarette? I like his winking face a lot! His sword can be wielded, or mounted on his back.

Look at the food! I don’t like his happy face very much. It looks very off to me. I’d love to get him in the apron when Denji stays at his house. That’d be funny. >…<~

His summoning pose looks wicked! I think Aki comes with some great combat poses. Looks like his hair is done with a blue highlight. Again, you will have trouble switching out the faces with basic faces because of the earrings. Which is only really a problem if you get bugged by missing details.

I bet they’re having fun! Is this the dance scene from the opening? It looks really fun. These nendos are so pose able.

These two look awesome! They come out in September 2023! Which is worth the wait for amazing nendos!
